Digital products for creators

Turn your audience into a digital product.

I build and launch digital products with creators, using the expertise and the audience they already have.

  1. Audience What you built
  2. Demand What they ask for
  3. Product What they can buy
  4. Launch How it reaches them
  5. Revenue What you keep

01The opportunity

You probably did the hard part already.

Most creators spend years building an audience that trusts them. Very few ever build something of their own to sell to it.

Your audience already tells you what it wants. It's in the comments, the DMs, the same question you get asked every week, and the posts people keep going back to. That's where a product comes from.

What you have

  1. Content
  2. Attention
  3. Trust
  4. Demand

What's usually missing

  1. A product
  2. Revenue you own

The left side took you years. Most creators never get to the right side.

02What I do

Four areas.

01

Research

I analyse your content, your comments, the questions that keep coming up and any audience insights you choose to share. Then I check whether anyone is already paying for it somewhere else.

02

Product

We shape what you know into one clear offer, built around a single result your audience wants.

03

Launch

Positioning, pricing, the launch plan and the content that carries it. I write it, you approve it.

04

Optimisation

After launch I look at what converted, where people dropped off and what buyers said. Then we fix the weak parts.

03How it works

How we'd work together.

Four stages, and you're in all of them. What you know is the product, so this doesn't work without you.

  1. 01

    Research

I look at your audience, what you're good at, and whether there's real demand. If I don't think there's a product here, I'll tell you and we stop there.

  2. 02

    Design

We pick the strongest idea and decide what it is, who it's for and what it costs.

  3. 03

    Build

I build the offer, the structure of the product and everything needed to sell it.

  4. 04

    Launch and adjust

We launch. Then we watch what buyers actually do and fix whatever isn't working.

04Structure

A partnership, not a service.

I'd rather earn from the result than charge a large fee upfront. On some projects I take a share of revenue instead.

It means I only do well if the product does.

The terms depend on the project, how much work it needs and what we're building. We agree on them before anything starts.

05Who I work with

What a good project looks like.

  • You post regularly and people respond.
  • People come to you for advice.
  • You know something well, or you have a method that works.
  • You'd rather sell something good than something quick.
  • You want to be part of the launch, not just sign off on it.
  • Most of your income still comes from brand deals or ads.

Follower count isn't the thing. Fifteen thousand people who trust you beat three hundred thousand who scroll past.

06How I see it

Sell something worth buying.

Selling something good to your audience should make them trust you more, not less.

The products that work are the ones people already wanted. Not the ones invented because someone needed another revenue stream. Find the problem your audience keeps bringing up, then build the best answer to it that exists.

Anything else is borrowing against trust you spent years building.

07About

Silvio Hernández

I work on product strategy, offers and launches for creators.

What interests me is building things people recommend to someone else after they buy them. That's a much harder test than a good launch week, and it's the one that matters.

I'm based in Mexico City and work with creators anywhere.
